More Flexibility for You – Only Pay for What you Need!
We bill in quarter-hour ( 15-Minute ) blocks which saves you money – why pay for extra time when you don’t need it? Some companies charge in 30 or 60-minute blocks.
Best Minimum Charge in the Business.
Our minimum charge is one quarter hour interval, i.e. fifteen minutes – our system will save you money. Some competitors charge a 1-hour minimum to start and then charge for additional time in 30-minute blocks. Why pay for extra time that you don’t need?
No Extra Charge for On-site Visits or Remote Support Same-Day Service.
We don’t charge you any extra for on-site visits or remote support same day service; in some cases, we are out to you or connected within a matter of hours of making the initial contact to us.
No Extra Charge for Weekends or After Hours Appointments.
We listened to our customers and decided to offer a “fair dinkum” flat billing system with no surprises, so if you need us out on the weekend or after hours, there is no extra charge.
