The Original PC Doctor “No Fix, No Fee” Guarantee means that if you call us to fix a problem and we can’t find a solution, fix or repair it, we won’t charge you a cent. Even if we come to your home or office. You should know that often the solution to your problem might be that you need to upgrade your software or hardware. This, of course, is likely to involve you spending money in some cases. If for any reason you are unable to follow our situation or advice, then the guarantee does not apply, unfortunately, but for everything else, you’re covered!
NOTE: for data recovery and laptop/hardware repairs, an assessment fee is charged and is not refundable under the “No Fix, No Fee” policy. You should know that in some cases, We may be unable to either recover files for data recovery or repair the laptop/hardware equipment at a lower cost than the price for new equipment of similar or identical quality.
