Is your service guaranteed?
Yes. We offer a No Fix No Fee Guarantee - which means if we can't deliver a solution, you pay nothing. We also have a 14 day work Satisfaction Guarantee where our onsite work is guaranteed for 14 days and our remote and phone support for 5 days. Do you supply replacement parts and new laptops and desktop computers?
Yes each technician carries a standard list of common Products, spare parts and accessories. The aim is to get the job done as efficiently as possible by having all the parts and tools onsite to get the job done the first time around. Each technician also carries a new desktop and laptop computer with them. These computers are selected and designed to meet the needs of most pc users. If you need a custom build computer that's fine to we can build to order and can provide you with a tailor made solution.
Can I get a technician outside business hours on the weekend or public holidays?
Yes. We are open weekdays, weekends and evenings and public holidays. We offer competitive rates and offer a fast response as well as our express service where in less than one hour we will be onsite fixing your computer problems. What services do you provide?
Our major support services include Set Ups, Home Networking, Repairs, Web & Email Security, Data Backup and Advisory, but if it's something that involves a computer, chances are we can help. Just get in touch and we can chat about what you need.
Are there services you don't offer?
For the moment we don't offer support for businesses with over 250 computers. We apologise if this inconveniences you, but stay tuned because we're working on it! Also, The Original PC Doctor techs aren't equipped to carry out electrical work or affix gadgets to walls. For this sort of work we recommend asking your local tradesperson. Do you provide services in my area?

Do you sell software?
Yes. We sell and carry a range of selected software brands at competitive prices. You can purchase these from us we can also order any software that you are after, or we are also happy to install and support most software purchased from your preferred retailer.
Do you offer computer training?
While we don't offer formal training courses, we do help you learn more about using almost anything related to computers, gadgets and technology. You tell us something you'd love to be able to do, and we'll come to your work or home and show you how.
How do I pay?
For convenience, speed and security, we take most major credit cards. All work is payment on delivery of goods and services – we don't offer terms. There is no charge for the initial phone assessment of your requirements.
What can I expect of the technician who comes to my home or office?
Your technician will arrive with identify themselves as a member of the The Original PC Doctor team. They will start by running through a few questions to work out a few options and let you choose the solution that best suits your needs and budget. What do I need to know before I have a The Original PC Doctor tech visit my home?
An adult (18 years or older) needs to be around the whole time that the technician is at work. We'll need access to your gear and a safe place to work. We'll also need you there or contactable by phone to answer any questions about your solution.
What about protecting the data on my PC?
Doing any kind of technical work on a computer involves some risk of losing data. Because there is no way to 100% guarantee data protection, we strongly recommend that you back up all your information before we arrive. We also offer a full back up service if you need a hand. We also ask you to sign a disclaimer about data before we can start work.
